Server Memory Issue When Upgrading to Aura R7.1.2

ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOMERS LOOKING TO UPGRADE TO R7.1.2 USING EXISTING AVAYA AVP SERVERS

Team, I have become aware of a possible issue when upgrading certain AVP servers to support Aura R7.1.2 (AVP is where Avaya provide the server and software).

Partners/field engineers need to urgently check the following servers before beginning the AVP upgrade by running a script available on PLDS:

· HP DL360 G7 and G8

· Dell R610 and R620

The results will determine whether additional memory is required, or the server needs to be replaced. A1S does not currently check for this.

The attached PSN provides full details and should be distributed to all partners with Aura R7 projects pending.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THESE TESTS ARE RUN BEFORE ANY AVP R7.1.2 INSTALLATION BEGINS
